A digest-sized magazine for young adults that turns the world's largest mammal into the world's most compelling read — where every layout is a reason to stay curious.

Overview

EcoQuest is a digest-sized nature and wildlife magazine for young adults aged 12–18 — readers with curiosity for the natural world who want content that respects their intelligence and rewards their attention. Developed as part of a publication design course at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, the project required a team of three — Madri Venus, Bhaswati Bose, and Shanmukhi Nallapu — to conceptualise, research, write, and design a complete magazine from scratch. The inaugural edition centres on elephants, under the cover theme All Things Trunk, with features on elephant memory and infrasonic communication woven through a fully realised editorial and visual system.
