Overview
Harvard Business Review's explainer video series translates the publication's editorial rigour into a format that reaches audiences beyond the long-form reader. Each video distils a complex business or management idea — sourced directly from an HBR article — into an illustrated, character-driven, motion-animated explainer built for digital platforms. The design work sits at the centre of that pipeline: receiving scripts and articles from the client, building the full visual frame system, moving through rounds of feedback and revision, and delivering organised, animation-ready files to the motion graphics artist who brings each frame to life. The challenge at every stage is the same — to honour the intelligence of the original content while making it visually accessible, brand-consistent, and genuinely inclusive for a broad and diverse audience.
